Clarification: The only affected Unicast DNS server (one of four) which will be sporadically unavailable during the maintenance is dns01.dipcon.com.

We will be replacing and upgrading our production firewalls to enhance the security, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.

Impact on Services
Affected Services: All services, except DNS Anycast network, provided to customers.
Expected Impact: Services will be inaccessible during the maintenance window.

Customer Action Required
Before the Maintenance: No customer action is required.
During the Maintenance: No customer action is required. However, you will not be able to access our services during this time.
After the Maintenance: Services will be restored automatically once the upgrade is complete.
